Detail is everything for us, we take your company’s branding very seriously and offer numerous options when it comes to your uniforms carrying your brand name and logo. There are various options with respect to colours, texture, durability and visibility of your brand name. You can choose any of the below options depending upon your needs to make your uniforms stand out and promote your brand image to your customers.

Screen Printing
Digital Heat Press
Lapel Pins

Embroidery is a craftwork of decorating fabric or other materials by using needle and thread or yarn. It gives a 3D texture depending upon the kind of stitch you choose and is by far one of the most durable and long lasting methods of branding. Our machines are equipped for embroidery on shirts, denim, caps, t-shirts and sweaters. There are no colour restrictions, and one can possibly choose any colour of thread or yarn for getting an embroidered logo.

Screen printing is the process of transferring a stencilled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. The method involves creating a stencil on a fine mesh screen, and then pushing ink through to create an imprint of your design on the surface beneath. One of the reasons that the screen printing technique is so widely used is because it produces vivid colours, even on darker fabrics. The ink also lies in layers on the surface of the fabric, which gives the print a pleasingly tactile quality.
A heat press is used to transfer each vinyl color of the design onto the fabric being printed. With digital print heat transfer, the desired graphic is first digitally printed on special heat transfer films using a solvent ink. It is a magical combination of heat and pressure that transfers the design on to the fabric. This is also commonly referred to as the art of sublimation.
Reflective tapes were originally developed by 3M, the purpose is to enhance the visibility of the personnel wearing garments donned with reflectors, it is commonly used on uniforms meant for airport ground staff, security staff, people working in mining operations and construction especially if they are required to work at night or in low light areas. All colours in the Hi-viz range are now deemed useful for reflective clothing.
A lapel pin, also known as an enamel pin, is a small pin worn on clothing, often on the lapel of a jacket, attached to a bag, or displayed garment or uniform. Lapel pins can be ornamental or can indicate the wearer’s affiliation with an organization or cause. They are metallic pins which bear your company’s logo in enamel colours.
Badges are important for the correct identification of staff members and constitute an important part of your uniform. The strings attached to a badge can be dyed in a company’s brand colour or carry the company logo and tagline. It makes a vital accessory for employees and keeps the brand name visible to customers at all times.
